Flagler Construction Equipment (“Equipment”) is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you a safe and powerful online experience. Equipment uses your Personal Information to operate the Web Site and deliver the services you have requested. Flagler Construction Equipment also uses your Personal Information to inform you of other products or services available from Flagler Construction Equipment and its affiliates.
